Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Treaty to the Senate floor for a vote under a unanimous consent agreement. Had Senator Mike Lee of Utah not been on the floor to object, the efforts of Durbin and Harkin might have succeeded. This treaty is antithetical to the idea of parental rights and is pro-abortion.
